At Maatri, customer satisfaction is our priority.
1. Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
2. Refunds
- Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Snacks products opened or partially used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
